The Trust started a project to survey and consolidate the remains at Llawrcwmbach Mine in 2018, and the area around the Engine Shaft, ore-bin and crusher house has already been surveyed. The one remaining buddle has been excavated and the wooden drainage chute and box launder to the buddle wheel tailrace was found to remain in situ. A complete plan of the site will be produced at the end of the project.
